Investing abroad can be fun, profitable and for less
than you may think!

Dare to dream...

..: A summer home in Spain...
..: A flat with the busy streets of Paris below...
..: A cottage in the French countryside...
..: A villa in the Italian hills...

Invest in Europe

The continent is going through dynamic changes on corporate, economic and political fronts. In terms of market timing, there could be few better times to invest in Europe than now.
Few other European countries can match what France has to offer..especially when considering price. The choice of properties selling for less than $100,000 is incredible.

At Warburton Company International we can help you invest abroad!

..: Locate the right opportunity for you
..: Buy in the most profitable area
..: Navigate the legal procedures of intl ownership

It's easier than you think

Turn your dream into reality. International property is a sound investment at a good value. A two story chalet in Argentina complete with a thatch covered patio can be yours for $200,000 USD. A three bedroom home in Brittany can be found for as little as $63,000 USD.

The Euro

Plans are currently afoot to enlarge the European Union:

..: Adding an additional 11 countries
..: Adding 200 million members to the Union
..: Eventually they will convert to the Euro

This means that almost twice as many people will use the Euro than the U.S. dollar on a daily basis.

Did you know?

Through the Federation de Gites de France, French government assistance is available to people who want to give owning and running a B&B a go. There are people trained to advise the hopeful on the nature of the business, its strictures and limitations, tax situations, and warnings on the amount of sheer hard work involved. In some cases, government grants are available.

In plain English

The real estate industry abroad has its own terminology, which can be confusing..and even intimidating. At Warburton Company International we will cut through the legalese jargon and tell you what it all means.

Real Estate 101

Vocabulary lesson: a villa or villino is a residence with a small garden. This can be for one family (villa unifamiliare), but often is a two to four family house, referred to simply as a villa, designed so that everyone has a private corner of land. A villa a schiera is a common wall townhouse.

Rates Of A 40 Year Low Remain Unchanged

Despite rising debt levels and signs the economy is picking up steam, there has been no change at the Bank of England as the Monetary Policy Committee have decided to leave the interest rate unchanged at it's 48-year low of 3.5 percent.

Data from the UK manufacturing and the service sectors showed a pick-up in activity in August, making any further cuts unnecessary for the time being and analysts say there were "No compelling reasons to cut rates."

When the Bank of England cut rates in July the housing market was slowing and there was less risk of boosting household borrowing. However, recent reports show Britons building up record mortgages debts and the Bank has been worried about this.

'UK rates on hold till the start of next year?'

And although futures markets are already pricing in higher rates by the end of the year, most economists think UK rates will be on hold until at least the start of next year.
