Basically, it comes down to providing the information, insights and guidance that buyers do not possess themselves. This can be up-to-the-minute market data with keen analysis of market trending, listings that may not appear in open listing forums, insider knowledge about what is selling and what is sitting, county permit and construction data, tax and ownership data. But, most importantly, Buyers need to know that the depth of our experience and our years of knowledge are on their side in the purchase process. With more than 25 years of Real Estate practice, negotiating for our clients, we are the strong agent partner that you need!
Advocacy is key in the negotiation of a real estate purchase. You want an advocate that negotiates for YOU in the transactions process; who works for YOU to achieve your end result…. Interview prospective agents, ask questions, share your needs, feel how you feel when they talk to you… are you going to form a client-agent partnership to work together , or do you feel like you are just a name in their contact list. You are going to be working closely together for awhile… be sure to work with someone you have a connection with and has that same connection with you!
